  : The room was spacious and very comfortable and we appreciated the generous welcome gifts of fruit, wine and water. The bathroom was generously appointed and the toiletries were great. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The roof terrace overlooking the Old Harbour was our favourite feature of the hotel.
  : The roof terrace would benefit from having cushions provided all day long with sun umbrellas opened and perhaps a drinks service for happy hour could be considered.

  : A good location to all Valletta and 3-City tourist sights. Clean, modern, smart building and room. Plenty of very hot water. Good variety of breakfast foodstuff including eggs cooked to order. Superb view of the entire harbour from furnished rooftop terrace.
  : During our 7-day stay some staff were less friendly officious and curt rather than welcoming. Had this not been the case, our stay would have been so much more enjoyable.The view from our one window looked out into an unattractive (concrete) open shaft, and if the occupants on the ground floor smoked on their patio then the fumes rose up to the other floors.The written instructions to open and close the room safe have mistakes and are very confusingunlike any other weve usedthis created frustration and the need to call staff to use a master key to open.Access to the breakfast tables and beyond to the rooftop terrace is by a two-stage, tight, spiral staircase that is difficult to negotiate especially when carrying food or drinks. Not recommended for the elderly or those with mobility problems.We had to pay in full 10 days before our arrival, which was before setting off from Canada.
