  : Our reservation for two rooms over two nights was affected by an Orange Code warning due to heavy snowfall, prompting government advice to cancel non-urgent travel. With safety concerns, especially traveling with a toddler, we attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to get a refund or change our reservation dates but were denied. While we acknowledge the non-refundable policy, we believe an exception could have been made given the force majeure circumstances.

  : The room, SPA and food were amazing!
  : There were constant issues with the elevator to our rooms and being with an elderly person it was extremely inconvenient for them to go 4 flights of stairs. It was fixed on the last day of our stay, but the elevators are old and prone to breaking down (no danger to get stuck inside though)

  : Central location, nice and clean hotel facilities and very friendly staff.Dinner is served in big portions and is tasty.Wonderful views from both balconies in our apartment.
  : Room amenities are quite basic for hotel with 4 star pretensions. There is not even mineral water in room mini bar - quite strange for hotel number of stars and room prices.In our offer was included breakfast and dinner meals. Clients must choose their dinner choice in QR application menu till 17.00 and to be shared expected arrival time for dinner in the restaurant. Even with such organization waiting time for main meal to be given was more then 1 hour in our 2 nights there. Our main negative impression - internal pool zone is too small for hotel capacity. It is almost Impossible to use it because of number of people in the pool which is not large as was described in hotel description page in Booking. We did not succeed to use it and hotel mineral pool was main reason to book there. Maybe during working days situation is different but during weekend internal pool zone is too overcrowded.Overall our impression is that Medicus is nice hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff, but money to value ratio is not good enough.

  : Very polite staff, comfortable beds. Very good location. Nice big parking
  : The food on dinner was previously prepaired and frozen. Just warmed with no taste. No variaty of salads. Water for the douche was cold. Cold room with no heating, just noisy air conditioner. Only one chair in roon for two. No furniture on the balcony
