  : Breakfast room was beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful. Internet was fast and easy to access. Host was very congenial.
  : We stayed in the cabin (yurt). Would be intersting to compare it to the rooms in the main house. It was hot late in the day and cold at night but windows and heaters managed that.

  : Very friendly host, you can tell that shes genuinely interested in her guests, comfortable beds, a lot of effort is put in the interior. And my kids loved the cats.
  : Not much. It would be handy if we could cook in the apartment.

  : Located not far from Bayeux which is a beautiful town in Normandy. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a lovely breakfast every morning. Although I would have liked to perhaps have been offered a boiled egg, or perhaps yoghurt and fruit. However the bread, cheese and ham was good. Nathalie, the owner was friendly and welcoming. And she gave us information on restaurants in the area. This property was the perfect place to base ourselves for our trips to the Normandy beaches and also to Le Mont St Michel.
  : Whilst our bathroom was en-suite we had to go next door to the toilet. The toilet was just for us but I did find it a big strange.

  : Pretty cottage in a nice location. Lovely gardens. Peaceful. Sound proofing good as we didn't hear anyone in the adjacent accommodation. Being cat lovers we enjoyed the company of the two resident cats.
  : The driveway was steep, and in bad condition. The stones covered a number of defects and ridges and such was our concern for our car, we parked it in the street. On booking we were asked to email if we required breakfast which I did on 10th June. Confirmed by two further messages . These were, by Nathalie's admission, forgotten. she told us she does not provide breakfast for the cottage anyway! We had already been shopping for our dinner and were not prepared to return to a supermarket after already having driven for five hours. It was to be a special breakfast treat for my children's birthday the next morning. We went to start cooking dinner and found that the tray and oven shelf were covered in burnt cheese and sauce. This had to be cleaned before I could start cooking. This did not seem to concern Nathalie or her cleaning lady even when I produced photos of the tray and dirty water. They insisted they had been cleaned. There were no oven gloves, no dishwasher tablets, only 1 thin tea towel. No tea or coffee and no iron. All I would expect to be available for the price the owner is charging per night. Whilst the beds were comfortable the single bed was extremely noisy whenever my son moved. There were not sufficient pillows and the bedding was uncomfortable and poor quality. The floorboards upstairs are extremely creaky and the window in the 1 bedroom could not be left open as there was no catch. When confronted with our concerns and disappointment at check-out we were merely told no one else complained but think the cottage is perfect ! She merely shrugged and was obviously completely indifferent. There was a card in the lounge stating breakfast was between 8 and 9.30 am when I told her this she said her son had left it there by mistake! This was ironic as she herself brought it to our attention..

  : The property itself is lovely. In general well kept. Love the gardens.
  : Ni toiletries in the bathroom. Only one small pump of hand soap for two sinks. Rugs in bathroom needed some washing.
