  : The room and bed were comfortable with all the normal amenities. The staff was quite nice and even helped us by lending us a wall plug for our USB chargers. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable range of options, including a waffle-making machine. The coffee wasn't great but it was about the same level as most hotel self-serve coffee machines.
  : There was a wedding celebration in the ground floor which went on until 3 AM. We simply could not believe that a hotel - a place where people go to sleep - would permit a literal disco party with EXTREMELY loud music to go on until 3 o'clock in the morning. We could hear the music, people cheering and shouting, and even the rooms were vibrating with the bass of the speakers. It was impossible to sleep until the party was over. We complained to reception, but they couldn't move us to a room away from the party because the hotel was fully booked. Really awful experience for someone who was hoping to have some rest ahead of a long drive the next day.

  : Breakfast was really good, my kids loved it a lot. However, dinner was not so smooth, waiting time was a bit too long and there was no communication between the restaurant and the front office. I had to pay again during checkout for dinner I had paid the previous day because there was no record of my payment.
  : Adequate communication during handover to the next shift. I would suggest an instant update or automate customer's bill as services are being rendered.

  : 1. a bottle of water for the first day; 2. food at the restaurant (dinner) is good; 3. there is a gym even it's very small.
  : 1. I asked for a quiet room when booking. But I got room 255 whose door open to the open space above the lobby. Very noisy. I was told the hotel was full and I couldn't change the room; 2. Too far from Dusseldolf, not very convenient. It takes 1.5 hours by bus 746 and train S28.
