  : Loved the location right on the beach
  : Staff wasn't at the desk for check-in at 3pm. They had a note saying it was an emergency but that note was in a standup that's clearly always there. They checked us in around 4pm and opened the room for us, giving us the keys. We were in room #5. We left shortly after to an event so got back late (after midnight) and our keys didn't work. Luckily a guest was outside smoking and let us into the building. Again staff was not at the desk. We called the number posted at the counter and heard the cell phone vibrating and found it behind the desk. We found a housekeeping room key and got entry to our room but that is so unsafe to leave everything out at the desk like that. The backdoor was locked but the front door onto the patio was cracked open so this is totally unsafe! We were grateful to access our room but very leary that the front desk was left like that. And unhappy that the check in desk was empty again!There was also a leak in our bathroom. When we got to the room late that first night there was water all over the bathroom floor. We told staff the next morning when he was finally back to his desk and he said he'd look into it but he honestly didn't seem to really care and I'm not confident it's going to be repaired. My husband told him he found where the leak was coming from (inside the wall). We had to keep a tall up against the wall all weekend to avoid flooding the floor. They should be serious about getting this repaired as it could lead to mold in the wall and very unsafe conditions for guests.The shower did have mold and the floor throughout was dirty. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but they need to get reliable people working the front desk and they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms.

  : Amazing ocean view! And location to the beach.
  : The only good thing about my stay was the view. It made me close my eyes on everything that was not acceptable. The room is really small, even smaller than I expected, dirty, and old. I felt like the last time it had been cleaned was “never”. The curtains were really dirty that it felt gross touching them. The hair drier had MOLD. Request to clean my room was changed to “do not disturb”. The worst hotel of my life. Even though it looked really nice on pics.
