  : The moorish- themed decor was a joy. The staff members were charming and very helpful. The location is great for vaporetto and alilaguna services. Breakfast was great, the only things missing were a good muesli and a better quality wholemeal bread.
  : Even though we hung our towels neatly they were still changed daily - bad for the environment! The bed linen, also, was changed too often. The flimsy shower curtain keeps wrapping itself around you while you are showering!

  : Return visit for us. Fabulous location away from the more touristy parts of Venice but within easy walking distance of great restaurants and bars.Great rooms, comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you could need (and more )- and some lovely welcome gifts!Friendly, knowledgable staff always on hand.Take the water taxi ride they organise around the canals - a great way to see the city.
  : No complaints.The only thing thats missing is some kind of seating/lounge area other than the bar. Theres a small garden but thats only used at breakfast.Sometimes, especially in the evening, there are a few tables and chairs on the front of the property, but not always.

  : Super friendly staff which really does make the difference. Great location in Cannaregio.
  : Breakfast could be better, considering how much it costs to stay there. The only exception were the croissants which were delicious. Room was very small and bathroom flooded after every shower.

  : They advertised air conditioning, and then turned it off. The room was too watm and not comfortable without a/c. Their is no fan in the bathroom so the room was too steamy and a little smelly.
