  : Property is nice and clean. In a court yard area and private.
  : Property manager kept asking when we would arrive. We were running late from a late flight, issues with our reserved rental car, and ticket machines that did not work. When we arrived, the property manager asked for an extra 50 euros for her time. We had communicated that we would be running late several times. We gave her 10 and she seemed insulted??? The keys tothe front door did not work. She said some times they work, sometimes they dont. It does not work. Why didnt she show us the back entrance that does work. Also a nice touch would be to provide a box of Kleenex, a bottle of water, and coffee for the machine that was in the kitchen. A few extras goes a long ways when you are traveling in Venice. Venice does not have a grocery store on every corner and is a little harder to navigate than the average city.

  : There was nothing positive about this property. The property is run down, dirty, has bed bugs and has the most unprofessional rude staff. They will not assist you when you complain. In fact, they ignored our messages and lied to booking.com when we complained on them. AVOID AT ALL COST! We were in Italy for 3 weeks and had booked 8 hotels/ air b&bs-this one was the only one that disappointed. Further, the key manager hinted upon check in that properties have bed bugs. My husband and I had bites all over that lasted 2 weeks! So disgusting with this place and how its managed.
  : This all began because we had 1 extra guest staying with us for 1 night and they insisted we pay extra for 2 nights. When questioned why we had to pay for an extra night, we were reported to booking.com. When we messaged about the hair dryer not working, broken outlets, clean linens not provided,things not working, they ignored us. When we reported this to booking.com, they lied to them and said we spoke to the customer already and the customer does not know how to use the dryer or outlets. When we showed them photos of the disgusting linen closet (this has the bed sheets/pillows guests are required to use) they lied and said fresh laundry was provided on day of check in. Further, when we asked them to come speak to us directly, they refused to do so and threatened to come into our apartment at any time without notice as they had the master key. Im attaching screenshots and photos so other guest can be warned. Also note, if you complain to booking.com they cannot do anything about it. They told us to leave a negative review as thats all that can be done. So read the reviews before you book! We were so shaken up by this experience as we had nothing but great service by all other places we booked. I have been using booking.com for 5 years and have never experienced anything like this. We couldnt wait to check out as the property was dirty and we honestly felt unsafe knowing they could come in at any time. Imagine trying to enjoy Venice but worrying about your belongings in your room the entire time. Avoid at all costs.

  : There was a severe problem with the water pressure in the shower - very poor for an expensive flat! Also no shelf in the shower and lack of chair in the bathroom.

  : We loved the decor and the quiet courtyard and proximity to transport.
  : The hot water system must have been faulty as the shower was either like warm or sometimes cold. The water in the kitchen sink took many hours to drain.

  : The property in in a great location in Cannaregio close to the canal and a vaporetto stop. It is very spacious and quiet.
  : There are some maintenance issues that need fixing.

  : t was Ok just shower issue and room temperature was not satisfied. Water is not hot and very very fiew. Very difficult or almost impossible to wash long hair.
