  : The location was beautiful with porches on the Grand Canal. The view was incredible! The apartment building has it's own private dock on the Grand Canal as well. We were a ten minute walk from the train station. It is about a 25 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and St. Mark's square with the walk being down the main strip of Venice and an enjoyable walk. Matteo met us on our arrival and was very helpful in setting us up in the apratment and helping us with any requests we had. He was accessible by phone and answered our questions very quickly.
  : The plumbing in the building is a bit old. Also, the light fixture in the entrance was broken upon arrival and did not get fixed while we were there.

  : The view is breathtaking. The furnishings are very nice as well.
  : The washer flooded. And the shower did not drain well. It was difficult to communicate with the owners after key pickup.
