  : Beware the washing machine was in high demand and cycles took forever; the drier did not work when we first arrived and when it started working it did not fully dry clothes.

  : No fan or aircon (stated as available in the apartment information) as it's only seasonal. The change in climate meant temperatures were higher than normal. Mosquito's were in abundance so the windows couldn't be left open overnight.

  : The customer service was not good. We were told by 2 separate people at the property company that we could check out at 1pm. This was the confirmed check out time. But at 11am someone from the company was banging on the front door telling us we needed to get out now. We were very confused and not happy about this.

  : The location is fantastic, with a short walk to Rialto. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed.
  : The only thing that could have been better was instructions on how to use the dryer. There is water that accumulates in a container that has to be dumped out or it does not work. It might have to be dumped out more than once.

  : We've been here before, in 2019, rented the other apartment on the second floor. So we kind of knew what to expect, and the property met our expectations. Excellent location, close to main touristic attractions. Grocery store nearby where one can replenish food and drinks supplies. The hosts were available and helpful anytime we've contacted them.
  : No #1: Weather! We had two days with downpouring rain that limited our strolling capacity. No #2: A sharp increase in the price of Parking (from 25 euro/day to 35. There was also an increase on the rental price of our unit, comparing to 2019. But then, there's inflation all over the world.

  : Great Accomodation in Venice. Convinient location to restaurant, supermarket and transportaion (water bus). Staff are friendly and helpful. Great thanks to Annalisa and Michael's help during our stay in Venice.
