  : The best part of this stay was Christina! It is great to have a local to answer questions. I even message her late at night when I was panicking about the train and she answered all my questions.
  : I wasn't sure what to do upon checkout (bedding, trash, keys, towels). Stairs are a lot but we knew that going in. And don't forget CASH EURO for the hotel tax.

  : The location was ideal!! Very close to the Rialto and St. Mark's Square. Cristina was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower had good pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer was a great bonus!

  : The location of this apartment is very close to both the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Cristina, the property manager, was very kind and helpful. I think it is a great amenity to have her meet you when and where you arrive in Venice, and she brings you to the apartment. It takes a lot of the stress off of figuring out where you are going. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. I liked the fact that they had a dishwasher so you didn't have to wash your own dishes!
  : When we arrived, we were told by Cristina that the apartment was on the 4th floor, and it turned out that there were 74 steps. I had no idea there were so many steps when I booked this stay, and after returning home, I see that this information is not disclosed. It created a problem for us because I was traveling with my 87 and 85 year old parents. I feel this information should be disclosed in the listing. This is a small issue, but there were no toiletries in the bathroom. They were listed as being available, so I was expecting to see shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. There was only hand soap. I purchased some shampoo while in Venice, but I could have brought it from home had I expected this. I also didn't see a clothes washer and dryer or a balcony and view.
