  : The apartment was clean and tidy with air conditioning and a small fridge but basic

  : The location was great; it was near many restaurants and one of the main roads in Venice. The receptionist gave us many recommendations and places to go and see, which was very helpful. The room was clean.
  : The air conditioning was very loud, making sleeping in a warm room hard since it was the middle of winter. I contacted the hotel, and they didn't fix the issue. They said I could check out if I wanted, so I contacted booking.com and got 1 of the three nights refunded, which I think made up for the issues.

  : Very good location and nice staff, the place was pretty and looked clean. The owner gifted us a map of Venice and was extremely kind to us.
  : The bathroom was a bit small, and the sound proofing in the building wasn't the best, as we could hear noise from inside the building as well as the street outside.

  : The location is great and it is easy to find. The flat is very light and has everything you need.It was especially nice to find a few capsules for coffee machine, it was delicious.
  : The beds are uncomfortable, all family had terrible sleep, the couch is uncomfortable to sit on.

  : The windows should be more isolated. Its very noisy and you can literally hear people talking or screaming all the time. It would be enough to invest some money for a renovation. The parquet also should be changed. The toilet in the bathroom is very small and literally to seat on it you need to open the showers doors.
