: The location was central to everything from food, shopping, attractions. nice apartment with spacious rooms. didn’t get time to take pictures of the property due to constantly being out and enjoying the attractions.
: initially we thought it was apart of a hotel but later found out it was more of an air bnb. It should have also been a smoke free apartment but there were fumes in both bedrooms that suggested otherwise. plus It triggered my daughter’s allergies whenever she stepped inside. thankfully this was the only downside, however not ideal for nonsmokers.

: Central location, flat clean and bedding comfortable, good sized bedrooms.
: Flat located in a narrow street so a bit dark. Some bulbs are broken. Two fires of the stove didn't work. There is no microwave.

: Spacious apartment at the best location you will find in Venice. Nice, modern and clean. Communication with owner was good. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!!!

: Great location just a few mins from S. Marco anfmd other sights. Good value for the location.
: Cracked toilet seat Shower flow not great. Noise from street on Saturday evening from revellers in the bars/restaurantsJust minor inconveniences though.
