  : The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast comes with great views, if you decide to eat outside. This hotel is definitely a good choice, being within walking distance to the city center and just a few minutes away from the Biennale venues.

  : I had an art exhibition on the Garibaldi street for the Biennale, so it was an excellent location for me. Also, all the staff members were extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating--it was pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the room was cleaned everyday.
  : They did not have any aircon/heating system. So the room was terribly hot when it was hot outside and terribly cold when it was cold outside. In the last 3-4 days of my stay, it was rainy and cold in Venice. I received an additional blanket for the night, and still the room was freezing cold. I had hard time sleeping and had several layers on. Still, I got very bad cold and am still coughing and recovering after I'm back home already 5 days. Given the high price I paid, it is certainly unacceptable. The hotel is overpriced for what they could offer.

  : Nice location, close to the water & local restaurants. Easy walk to St Marco Square. Our room was very ornate - fabric walls New bathroom including bath was very nice.
  : A few basic commodities in the room would be nice. Jug, coffee cups, wine glasses & corkscrew. Staff very obliging though, so just some friendly suggestions. KOThey do provide a laundry service but be aware they charge quite highly for it. We had a misunderstanding when I asked if they had a service and they said "yes, we can do it" - then a 50euro charge was applied! It is on the info folder in the room which unfortunately we hadn't read before asking. However, they should have been clear when asked about the service, that there was a charge..Management did apply a discount when the issue was raised which was appreciated
