  : The location is great! It is close to all the tourist attractions, if that is what you want to see. The breakfasts were delicious and extensive!
  : The rooms are very dark and with the fabric walls and heavy decor.

  : Please up your pillow game. The bed pillows were sad, thin, and sparse. One skinny bed pillow per person is NOT the standard for hotels.

  : Great location, right near the most visited attractions in Venice, Piazza San Marco. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from.
  : The fridge was not working, it was not plugged in, and you were not able to do it by yourself because of the exposed electrical wires, but I think it was just a temporary issue.

  : Location of the hotel is great, just one minute from the central square. Despite hords of people strolling by in the street the room was sufficiently quiet. People at reception were very attentive and helpful. The room and the hotel are clean and maintained very well.
  : There were no coffee maker or small kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea

  : Location. Less than 2 minute walk to the watertaxi stop and near the designer shops.
  : We chose this as this hotel had a safe in the room. When we checked in the room did not have a safe. I went to check with the front desk who said that we can get one tomorrow. Explained that was not acceptable and he said there were no rooms free. I had already seen another room available on booking.com for the same duration so knew they did have availability and didnt appreciate being lied too. He then got a safe from a different room and just put this on a shelf. Anyone can then walk out with it? The reception staff are quite rude. Not welcoming. Breakfast is poor. During our last night there was a horrendous sewage smell in the middle of the night. Still there in the morning. Lastly, they only take cash for the city tax. Thought this was a bit dodgy as everywhere else in Venice and Italy for that matter take card for city tax. Only booked this based on the reviews but do not agree with them and Would not return. Spend your money elsewhere
