  : The heating of the place was not working and the staff was just promising each day that they come but nowbody arrived.We payed 80 eur cleaning services which were totally missing.

  : The bathroom was very nice. Inside the apartment was clean and updated but still a bit run down..
  : Upon arrival we were given instructions, keys and then directions to locate the apartment on our own. It was around 8:00 p.m. when we arrived. We walked to the location and my daughter and I were horrified/terrified as it was down a dark alley and graffiti everywhere. Upon opening the door into the building it was so run down and creepy we were afraid to stay there. The pictures shown when booking the location did not show or mention this, only the interior of their rooms. Part of the experience is the place and location you stay and this place made our experience to Venice unpleasant. I am glad to have seen Venice but I have no desire to return. We actually stayed only 2 of the 3 nights, although we did not let the office know, and forfeited the 3rd night which we paid for to head back to Rome a day early and pay for an additional night hotel there. I would not recommend staying in their accomodations if you want a better Venetian experience.

  : I booked an apartment clean with everything working perfectly. The apartment was dirt, with blood in the sheets and stains in the blanket. The air conditioner was not working and when I complained the stuff told me they would send a person to fix it. At the end of the day they told me the guy came and fixed it but it was not working again. Also, when I tried to resolve all this problems, the stuff were not polite, didn’t help with anything and only after I called to booking they changed me for another apartment. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

  : Wifi and Air Conditioning were not working. The manager didn't compensate anything for all the issues. They open the door on us the day we were leaving without knocking on the door, when we were all changing clothes, so that was disrespectful,

  : All needed amenities, very comfortable stay. Not far from Station and Vaporetto stop. The only problem was with trash, we couldn't find the boat that take trash, so left it in apartment (Sorry for that)
  : Floors was little oily, so it would be nice to have slippers. And one wine glass was broken.

  : We paid extra 80 euros for the cleaning services and the appartment was dirty and with an intense smell of mold. When we made the complaint to the company they told us that we had to tell them to clean the room again. So do not expect a clean room and ask the additional cleaning in advance. In addition, the check out is at 10:00 am. Check in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00 am.

  : The location was close to the Venice main station. However, walking to the office is one thing, walking to the apartment was another. I have found that in Venice the apartment bookings typically have multiple locations and each makes you having to walk additionally. Also in Venice the google map is tricky to use. The gps signal is not always available. We had a little hard time to find the office. But after that we figured it out how to use the google map more effectively. It’s also very close to a Conad supermarket.
  : The location that we stayed, Santa Luzia, is next to a canal that is quite smelly even in the end of September. But I don’t think we have a choice ahead of time.
