  : The location is superb. Caterina was always very helpful and responsive to eveything we asked for during our stay. Matteo, the young man who waited for us at check in and helped us with the check out, together with Caterina, are very nice and professional.
  : The check in procedure was very problematic. The host does not refer anywhere that the apartment is in Palazzo Molin, which has a private deck, so the boat taxi driver could not understand that he can take us to the door of the Palazzo. As a consequence we had to walk all the way from San Marco docks, despite we had paid for a boat taxi, carrying our heavy luggage through the roads and still could not find the place. The result was that we were 5-10 min late, after 20:00 and we were asked to pay the 50 EUR penalty! Other than that, the location is superb, but the apartment itself is far from LUXURIOUS. Very sapcious, yes. But luxurious, no. You cannot sit or sleep with the view of a bucket, a mope, a vacuum cleaner, a big orange sack and feel luxurious. Another problem is the mosquitos, the apartment was full of them. We never managed to operate the TV, despite our efforts to follow the printed instructions on a piece of paper. For nearly 350 EUR/night, you can find better value for money accommodation in Venice. Not easily, but there is. Sorry guys, only honest critics can help us improve.
