  : No dishwasher so plates and cutlery werent that clean. Had to rewash before using

  : Everything was very well arranged. Sophie, the agent is very friendly and helpfull.The apartment is very well equipped.
  : The pictures on the booking.com differ from the room that we got.The view from windows.There was construction work in the upper floor that disturbed us much. Such thing must be informed to client during booking process.

  : Location, location, location. You can walk to anywhere in Venice from the apartment. Our contact person was awesome! She was very friendly and professional as well. She made herself very flexible for us. Thank you!
  : Not much. Only complain is the shower head holder in the bathroom did not hold it well, but I'm sure they will fix that soon.

  : Has a decent kitchen even if small, comfortable bed, and good location. They have excellent restaurant recommendations, and great staff (the woman who was checking us in found us while we were lost and guided us to the apartment)
  : The instructions sent to us for how to get to the apartment were not helpful, it costed more money and was harder to get there than what google maps suggested. As well it claims google maps doesnt work in Venice, this may have been true once but it is no longer the case, google maps does work. I do recommend however restarting your directions every ~10 mins as sometimes in mistakes buildings as streets (only from far away however, it fixes itself whenever your close). The underside of surfaces was also horribly dusty, they do a good job of cleaning everything visible but the underside of the bed was thick with dust.

  : Contruction site at the front and back of the property with terrible noise from 7.30 am / 8.00 am even through lunchtime.it wasnt mentioned on the websiteTV not working.not enough Toilet paper 100 cleaning fee seems a bit to higher too terrible black mould in the corner of the shower ventilation within bathroom was full of dust ice making in Fridge was so full of ice it really looked terrible. no care was taking

  : We like the location. It was away from the overcrowded areas yet, it was near everything. We had no problems getting around and finding food and drinks nearby.The apartment itself is very quaint. Has a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo.
  : The shower in the one bedroom was very small and the entire apartment lacked water pressure. Also, we traveled to Italy with my mom as a 60th birthday gift...... and being on the 4th floor with no lift she didn't like. Every building in Venice is old and probably doesn't have lifts which is fine, I just didn't realize it when I booked the apartments, or realize she would have issues
