Disappointing

  : Negative: The bed situation. The photos on the booking page suggest two single beds and appropriate equipment (blankets etc): A crucial criterion when choosing a vacation rental for my wife and I due to restless sleep. In fact, my wife and I found only one (1!) thin bed sheet and a single bed cover when we arrived. The sleeping situation would have been unbearable for us under these circumstances especially in the very cool weather. We were therefore forced to book a night at the Hotel Molino Stucky to be on the safe side (cost 280) and then buy two woollen blankets and sheets quickly in Venice City. When communicating with the local apartment management (via email) and you (via booking), it turned out that a solution with appropriate bed equipment was not possible. We then used our purchased equipment (woolen blankets + sheets: cost approx. 300 ) till our departure and took it home with us on the return journey. I would therefore strongly urge to revise the photo presentation and provide bed equipment for two persons.

  : Fantastic location away from busy crowds but only a vaporetto stop away from Venice Island. Lovely views from windows. Co-op nearby for shopping. Nice friendly cafes and restaurants within walking distance which were reasonably priced.
