  : The hotel is conveniently located at the end of central Venice where all transport links arrive into. Its and easy 5 minute walk to the bus station, 10 to the trains but also not far from the main attractions. All staff we interacted with were pleasant. We did get there and our room was ready despite at 10.30am arrival.
  : For the price and grade of the hotel, we expected more across the board. The room looks ok at first glance but cleanliness wasnt great. I couldnt relax here. It feels like its been given a surface face lift in the last few years but it hasnt gone deep enough. The pillows were awful. The shower was mouldy and weak. You can only turn all bathroom lights on or none at all. You dont get any free water in the room and it isnt replenished after use either. Coffee pods not replaced. You could hear footsteps from above. You get robes and slippers but they felt crusty and tired. The hotel hall ways are tired and the overall decor is garish. This might all not matter to many, but the breakfast should. It was really terrible. Cold and poor eggs and bacon as the hot offering. Watery yoghurt, no fresh juice just long life type stuff, a limited and strange continental selection. No table service for hot drinks. Overall just not worth the money at all.

  : Was close to the piazzale Roma taxi stand so thats the only reason I booked this hotel. Also because of my GHA titanium membership but they didnt even bother recognising it anyways.
  : The room was small. Cleanliness was not great, stains on the sides of the bathtub. Also I found one bedbug that was biting me for 3 nights until I told them to change my sheets.
