: Location was great! This was our favorite area in Venice.
: Unfortunately the facilities left much to be desired. The shower was broken in multiple ways, leading to lots of frustration. Further, the gentleman who lead us in stayed quite a while trying to figure out how to get the air conditioning to work.

: The location is very nice in quiet and elegant quarter far from the tourist crowds and relatively close to vaporetto stations. Nice stores and restaurants on the nearby Garibaldi street. You could feel the flavour of everyday Venetian life.Nice view from the bathroom to the San Pietro di Castello and its channel.
: The studio is on the ground floor, very dark and somewhat depressing. Not enough space for the clothes, with no proper garderobe.

: Apartament is very cold, at night we have been freezing. As well as apartament want clean enough on our arrival.We also had a situation at night time, that we left our key and we couldnt enter at night to the apartament. so we contacted the responsible person of apartament, who charged us 30euros for bringing us the keys, otherwise he refudes to help us. Service and help should be provided without any costs and at any time, but the person told us that we are lucky that he did he answered the phone for us. Never had to pay extra money for asking a help from responsible person of apartment.

: Good place to stay near Arsenale water bus stopAccess to super market and other areas.
: For the price, it's a very small place. 1 out of 2 cupboard was locked and the other cupboard had linens etc. Narrow passage for the washroom with no door.

: If you are going to this area of Venice for the Biennale, the location is perfect. The area was pretty quiet and relaxed too. The person in charge of giving us the keys was fantastic and very patient, as we had a bit of a hick-up getting to that part of Venice late at night.
: The cleanliness is not great, specifically the floor and the extra covers left in the wardrobe that could do with a wash. If you are planning to use the advertised sofa bed let the host know in advance as no extra sheets/pillow covers are available. The shower needs an urgent upgrade, the door is broken and the showerhead is held in place by a string.
