  : Lovely little apt in the heart of Venice, felt very authentic! Close to everything, but just enough away from the crowds (5 min walk) to feel the peace and tranquility that the smaller streets and canals of Venice has to offer. Easy (and scenic) walk from the train station. Had all the amenities we needed, plenty of space, was great to have washing machine (indoor drying rack provided as well), excellent A.C. Kitchen and bathroom have all the modern conveniences. Lovely neighbours. We loved this little apt and would stay here again!
  : Apt was quite musty on arrival, needed airing out, which was a bit challenging because it was so hot (heatwave) and humid, and also little bugs and mosquitoes could get in (no screens). Bathroom is quite tiny - but of course this is to be expected in an older authentic Venetian home - it was manageable for us but just know that it is a bathroom for one! Would have been helpful to have mirrors in other rooms as the only one in the apt was the one over the bathroom sink. Couch appears quite old and worn, could use a good cleaning or perhaps a cover? Master bedroom bed is 2 singles put together in a pretty bedframe - was fine for us as mother and daughter, but could potentially be an issue for a couple. Response time from host was not as prompt as some others, but in the end I always did hear back from them. My comments in this section are for the sake of transparency and knowing what you are stepping into - none of these "issues" would be deal breakers for us, and we would happily stay here again!

  : I like the location its near from train station, groceries and tourist spots.
  : There's a problem with the wifi. I think there's some problem with the area, but overall the place is nice. Good for family.

  : Very small apartment on ground floor. Easy walk from the station, in a quiet street. Photos are accurate.

  : Location is excellent: plenty of restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. Easy access to Rialto bridge. Layout of the apartment is functional: bedrooms at the front and back with kitchen and bathroom in between. Kitchen was well supplied and useful. We cooked asparagus and eggs frequently. Kitchen table was convenient and cosy. The apartment had just enough space, except for the bathroom. Overall the apartment was cosy, well heated, continuous gas-powered hot water. It was a pleasure to return to it after a long day of walking around Venice.
  : The bathroom was too small for comfort. The shower space was less than one square meter and the taps took one third of the space. We are small people. Larger people would find this most inconvenient. The mattress in the main bedroom was lumpy. Needs replacing. Wifi in the bedroom was a bad idea. Wifi didn't reach the other end of the apartment. Nor could you plug in a charger near the bed.
