  : Run down IKEA decor; deteriorating IKEA sofabed and mattress; 2 rain leaks (kitchen ceiling, hallway window); disintegrating bathroom fixtures, chipped walls and paint, no key to lock one of the balcony doors, only one key for whole apartment; need to pick up house key in a completely different part of town necessitating dragging suitcases all over Venice's bridges and alleys (never heard of lock boxes?), utter inflexibility to change checkout time despite the poring rain. Would not recommend either place or management.

  : It was close to a lot of things.
  : They said they upgraded us and it turned out it was a 2 bedroom which I thought we booked. Had an updated kitchen but the rest was very old and floor creaked a lot.

  : Great patio overlooking the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood too.
  : There were a number of issues we had to deal with. First, the apartment is a 30 minute walk from the hotel where we got the keys. This is after already walking 30 minutes to get from train station to hotel. Would have been much better if they had told us ahead of time that the apartment is near the train station. Would have saved us 1 hour of dragging suit cases through crowded streets and many many bridges. Also, there were no supplies that we usually find in all other apartments. No paper towels. No coffee. No sugar/creamer. Had to go out for coffee on first morning and then grocery shop for the other mornings. The air conditioning is insufficient. The instructions state there is a 50 fine if you dont take out the trash but no instructions are given about where to put the trash. Had to use a bath towel for the kitchen since no paper towels or kitchen towels. Apartment was full of mosquitos so we all came home with about 30 bites each. It was also hard to figure out the apartment location in the building. Some signs would really help.

  : Easy to get around Venice from the apartment, lots of shops and cafes nearby. Kitchen and laundry in the apartment.
  : Very dated bedding and furniture, laundry room smelled like cat litter, no shampoo, no hairdryer, no water, had to take garage out ourselves at risk of 50 penalty.

  : Clean and well presented, with washing machine and dish washer.
  : There was no longer a sofa to sit on, and the apartment lacked an outside space but it was well positioned.
