  : Very stylish, clean, cool water on arrival. Staff are helpful, warm and professional. Reception is open 24 hours. Rooms are beautifully decorated with little treats! Optional breakfast (which we bought) was lovely and fresh and served in a beautiful breakfast room. Not much open around there in the morning, so good to have the option. Hotel fronts a small canal, is very close to various restaurants and an easy 5 minute walk to Salute ferry wharf (ramps over the foot bridge just past Santa Maria makes pushing luggage around easier). Short walk to Peggy Guggenheim Collection and other galleries around Accademia and Salute. Location is lovely - not crazy crowded like Rialto area (hot spots are easily accessible by ferry from Salute).
  : Air conditioning in our room didnt cool room enough for the hot summer days and nights. The shower was small.

  : The hotel was in nice neighborhood, it included delicious breakfast and the staff was friendly.
  : We made a reservation for standard queen room which appeared to be cosy, bright and pretty in the photos. Unfortunately, they gave us a room in ground floor which was dark, smelly and depressing. At first I thought it was a closet for jackets. And the price was outrageous for this kind of room! I immediately asked to change but the staff told us that the rooms in other floors have a different price. I told them that when we booked the room we saw very nice photos and it is misleading to have so pretty photos for such a bad room. Anyway, we could not stand being in such a depressing room, so we gave 30 more euros and they transferred us to second floor. The room there was very nice, actually it was the room we saw originally in photos! Bright, with big windows, clean and with view at the canal. To finish ,I read that other guests have experienced the same in this hotel, and they don't seem to change the photos which are fully misleading. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because I don't like the mockery. The least they can do is lower the price for that kind of room and put the real photos, so that anyone knows what kind of room they book.
