  : It was easy to check in and out.The location of the office and the apartment are also good. The apartment was clean and reasonably maintained.
  : The bathroom is really small, especially the sink,which is only for washing hands, but nothing else. It is not possible to turn off the went above the shower. There were no towels in the kitchen.There is only a huge cupboard in the bedrooms. Another cupboard with smaller racks and/or a shelf and a table would be useful.

  : The wash machine is brokenThe hot water comes slow and not stabil (the Boiler has Problem, the host already fix it after we sent email).The Apartment has no Canal View, we have booked the wrong one as we read by the description.

  : The business bureau was very close to Piazzale Roma. The apartment that we booked had an issue with the water installation but they changed it with another that was close to the main interest points of Venice.
  : We waited a bit to collect the keys - maybe a second person at the office would be great.

  : Address for key pickup was wrong and too far to walk to the appartement. You pay cleaning fee but you are not allowed to leave any garbage. you need to drop the garbage in the early morning on a boat.The pictures were not like our appartement at all. There were wholes in the floor, one light did not work at all and some doors of the closet could not be closed so they were open all the time.Once we came back to our appartement and there were 2 man in our appartement fixing the tv. we were not informed before and very surprised since we did not order any fixing and they were alone with all our stuff.

  : They have many locations we got Hemingway apartment, location was perfect, 2 blocks from piazza St Marco.
  : They have many locations, we got Hemingway apartment, it only had a jet tub (the kids loved it) and a hand held shower head (adults didn't like that much)
