  : Hello! extremely bad experience with the hotel. I made a reservation through booking. the money went down. the hotel administration employee did not see it when he arrived. however, they gave a room. they said that it is not possible to get the beauty services and dinner included in the package. the room was extremely old, smelly and the walls were black. when I went to check out in the morning, I was told that they couldn't see my reservation and I had to pay double or the hotel director threatened to call the police. I showed the hotel employee that I had paid, but he didn't believe me. told to contact booking himself and did not back down on demand. gave me a check to prove payment for the stay. I paid because I was afraid the police would be called and my vacation would be ruined. further communicating with booking, the hotel claimed that everything is fine with the payment and that I have instead paid for the spa services separately. in fact it is not. I paid for the night. I have written to the hotel management, but no one has answered. I file a complaint with the consumer protection and hope to get my double payment back from booking. be warned about this hotel. employees lie and steal.
