  : Only the proximity to lakes and the clean of the room.
  : The room are not the one in all the photo, they give me the old style room may be the last not renewed but at the same price. The bathroom is small and to exit from the shower you need to walk on the wc you have 20 cm from the shower to the wc, forniture are old from the eighties.

  : The hotel has a good location and it was comfortable. We liked the calm setting and the hotel being surrounded by greenery. We liked its "green" concept and accessibility. One can park their bicycle or car right in front of their room, otherwise there was a nice parking lot with trees and shadows.
  : The cleanliness was not to our expectations and caused problems to us. The floor and the armchair were not really clean, which our cats could immediately detect and get upset about..there were old socks underneath the fridge and various debris and dust underneath the table/cupboard, the floor clearly doesn't get enough attention from the cleaning staff. We can compare because the next hotel we were in was super clean and the cats were also ok and felt much better in it... So my suggestion would be to improve in this respect and the hotel is great.
