  : Fantastic location!!! Comfy apartment with kids. Good sound insulation, nearly new bathroom. Friendly hosts.
  : Access to reception was not obvious neither finding the entry to the apartment first. Long walk from parking (1.1km), with kids in rain not ideal, a shuttle would be nice. Overall its worth it though. :)

  : Frankly speaking, nothing at all. Reception Is in separate building looks like garbage store, we waited 20 min without aircond. Appartment in separate block, but for such money you will get very simple, without mini bar and normal air condition room.
  : Owner was not friendly, tried push to get cash payment but we refused. We traveled almost week around Italy and Vernazza was our last destination. Thousand of tourist, price is out of reality, we paid 150 Euro for ordinary dinner. Food not testy and nothing even near with Italiane cousin. If you like visit such place-just use boat, it call to all five villages, but spent night there-useless. Love Italy but this place is really very disappointed.

  : The only redeeming factor in this stay was the location of the property.
  : The hosts are rude and demanding. We booked with a credit card (whichthey accept) and after booking, we get a message from host saying cashonly with another list of requirements. Upon arrival, they wanted us tocancel booking through booking.com so they wouldn’t have to pay the15%commission. They even had written instructions in English on how todo it. They never replaced a towel or the 2 packets of instant coffee.Nothing they did made us feel welcome. Never a thank you, hope you comeback, can we help guide you in seeing the Cinque Terre. Just give uscash and be out at 10:30 am and leave the key in the room. You aresupposed to accommodate them and not the other way around. One verynight very cafe owner asked us where we were staying. We told him and hesaid they are not nice people. He actually stored our luggage for usfree until our afternoon train. The hosts at Francamaria wanted 2 Eurosper bag if picked up before 2:00 and 4 Euros per bag after. This coupleshould not be in the hospitality business! They are anything buthospitable.

  : The location, overlooking the water and town square, is perfect!
  : The owner/host was incredibly rude. Hours after we checked in and paid what we thought was the correct amount, she knocked on our door and demanded 10 additional Euros. We paid her what she was owed, but her actions and demeanor were inappropriate and unwelcoming. So much so that it worried my son and caused him to cry. This could have been resolved at check-in or via email rather than interrupting our lovely evening after 8 p.m.

  : The view and location was excellent. Steps from the main square and beach. Beautiful view of the clock tower, hills and the square. Very comfortable and cute room, small, but we didn't mind. Bed was super comfortable, great sleep after hiking the Cinque Terre trails. Definitely recommend grabbing some wine and enjoying people watching outside your window. Was just perfect.
  : There was no cleaning service... No fresh towels, we ran out of toilet paper and because the front desk wasn't located in the same building we couldn't easily request more. For the price we paid we would like the room refreshed daily. Internet was intermittent. Only one of us could get on the wifi at any given time.
