: Location is excellent - just across from a very well stocked "International" supermarket, and just a few minutes walk from all manner of food places, including of course excellent Italian gelato! The arena (Roman amphitheatre, which if you're over for the Opera is where you'll probably be headed) is a very pleasant walk, as is the castle and most of the old town. The property is very comfortable (bathroom extractor fan might do with an update), with good aircon and decent cooking facilities. Very easy to self-cater breakfasts and lunches (you probably want to eat out in the evenings to help the local economy and have a change!). The host is very helpful and friendly - the personal touch is definitely there, and it feels like you're meeting a friend of a friend in a new city! Highly recommended overall - just don't book it when we want to attend next year's Verona Opera Festival! ;-)
: bathroom needs a bit of an update, especially the extractor fan. The en-suite kitchen was looking a little dated but more than satisfactory for simple meals, with a good fridge.

: Location is very good, close to all major sightseeings. Eleonora was very nice and helpful, sent us links to points of interest ans shared recommendations regarding restaurants, cant imagine better support.
: Minor things: it was not cleaned under the beds and peaces of dust where coming from there

: Comfortable bed.
: No balcony, which we understood we would have. Positioned on a noisy through road. Metal table and chairs, why? No bottle of water in room. No airport shuttle available, we were told by the owner/manager (Eleanora) to order a taxi, we did so, but it didn't turn up,we were then told to walk to the nearest square to get a taxi. My husband has mobility issues, so this was not ideal! Very disappointed, will not use 3 Amici again.

: Perfect location- walkable from train station, a few strides from supermarket and round the corner from the arena. Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Eleanora was an exceptional host
: These are small things! The hairdryer design was tricky to use attached to he wall. Washing machine was great. An iron and board would be helpful. The bed is a high quality one just a bit firmer than we far used to
