  : Great location. There was a washing machine but no dryer or washing detergent!!!! Accommodation is on the third floor without a lift. Heavy luggage was a problem. There is a great cafe around the corner with great coffee and croissants. Fantastic panini for lunch. quite cheap. Overall a great stay.

  : long walk up narrow stairs. poorly managed arrival person was upstairs but didnt meet us till we rang them even with organised time. whilst we were ok to have a deposit taken most organisations put a pending transaction through. the management here took cash direct off our card. She lost her ability to speak English when we had an issue. very little amenities left for example no tissues and very limited toilet paper. not even a coffe pod.

  : The location was excellent-4 minute walk to the Arena & main sights, 50 feet from Dari Ristorante (excellent place for lunch or dinner), the neighborhood safe and quiet, spacious apartment for family of 4, beautiful view of neighborhood from 3rd floor balcony, good A/C for size of apartment.
  : Pillows were not comfortable (too firm), no hand soap in container, no coffee pods were offered in apartment although there was a Nespresso & drip coffee machine (other short term booking throughout stay in Italy offered small selection of coffee pods). Did not hear from host until morning of arrival would have liked to confirm arrival details day before.
