  : Great city -centre location! Nice breakfast comprising a glass of fresh juice, a coffee and a delicious pistachio croissant (other fillings available!). Parking arrangement with a car park 10 mins walk away (note you leave your keys with the parking attendant and they park the car for you as space is v tight).
  : Weary travellers would have liked some tea/coffee facilities available in the room. The fridge was unfortunately dirty.The shower had a drain smell that cleared on running the shower.

  : Basically the only good thing of this place was the location.
  : The bed and bathroom was dirty, it did not look like the pictures we saw on Booking. The breakfast was not satisfying. The room was on the third floor with no elevator, and also very noisy.

  : Casa Coloniale is in an amazing location right by plaza Erbe and behind torre lamberti. The view from the rooms is of the beautiful wall of the torre complex.The exterior and entranceway to this place is beautiful. The ladies running the cleaning and maintenence are lovely. Luca is busy running his cafe but is charming enough.
  : Room 3 however needs quite a bit of maintenence work and updating. Breakfast is at the cafe and consists of a pastry and a drink rather than your typical hotel buffet.Room 3 needs:- repainting the walls are scuffed-a new toilet seat- a new bed as the current one is visibly wornThe rooms were quite noisy. There is a floor above room 3 but not part of the B&B. The guests tried to enter my room at 1am and both nights werennoisy upstairs. Fortunately I had ear plugs. The door rattles in the frame so put something heavy against it. The fridge can be noisy but I unplugged it.

  : The only thing this place has going for itself is the location.
  : There was nothing nice about the room, yet along deluxe! Facilities are not clean and in desperate need of renovation. Very poor accommodation that it's definitely not worth the money! Furthermore, we shared our check-in time in advance, which was also confirmed by the owner, however when we arrived, the room was not ready and we had to wait an hour for it. I wish that was the only inconvenience about our stay, but unfortunately the room was so unpleasant that I regret staying there even for only one night!

  : Bathroom clean overall but smelly when air condition was turned off. Could require a deep cleaning.

  : Central place which is ideal when staying in Verona.
  : Personnel hardly speak English, poor breakfast which consist of coffee and a croissant (depends on your expectations). The bathroom was clean however had a bad sewage smell.
