  : The location was great and I loved that the room had a balcony! Also the uncomplicated aelf check-in was nice for flexibility when arriving.
  : There was no good sound insulation, we could hear people in the hallway and in the room above is talking.

  : We had a pleasant stay at Verona suit. The bathroom was really clean. And the location was perfect. It is located in the center of the city, with so many things to see and do there.
  : Its was a bit noisy. As its in the same apartment but in different rooms other guests, and you can hear many noises.

  : The location is everything with this one, walking distance to everything in the old town. Also the room is fairly big and the bed is ok.
  : The drains of both the sink and the bathtub were clogged. We couldn't get help outside their narrow office hours so we opened the completely clogged one ourselves with mr muscle bought at the supermarket. No reply from Italianflat on this. The shower curtain was disgusting and stained. Having a shower with the clogged drain and the curtain made me feel dirty. Things were falling apart in the bathroom, the WC button kept falling off the wall! The glasses and coffee machine were dirty. They tell you to take out the trash, but not where to take it. The flat didn't even have a kettle. This is a hustle, like AirBNB but worse. I sent them an e-mail about the trouble with the room, they never bothered replying.

  : It was a very good location, easy to go to the train station also walking distance to all touristic places. Check-in was easy
  : The walls were too thin that we could hear every little voice coming from other rooms.

  : Excellent location in downtown. The room was clean, no odours. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
  : There was a coffee machine in the room, iron in the common area, but it would be nice to have a kettle at least in the common area.
