  : Room is spacious, has bathroom inside (shared, but good). Stone's throw from all the tourist sites. Very clean and organized hostel. Love it that it is only for females.
  : No window big enough and high enough to let in fresh air and to look at the surrounding buildings or onto the street.

  : When I left. Dont go here if you want to enjoy your trip. I would classify 0 stars if it was possible.
  : There is a lack of transparency regarding the nature of the hostel (never described as a social institution during the reservation). This is a social instituition that shelters women in need. Although it is a good cause, we are not treated as clients but as institutionalized people.There are a number of amenities that are presented to us during the reservation that simply do not exist (e.g. access to vending machines, access to towels, access to the elevator, ironing services, heating or fan, etc.). When we complained about this, they went to their own website and realized that most of the things they said they offer were a lie.Also, during the reservation we were told we had access to a common space but when we were there we were expelled with the argument that it was already closed, however, once again we were never given this information and it was nowhere written. After that, they told us we had to go to our room and couldn't leave until the next day.Last night, when we entered the institution, people started streaming at us. Eventually we realized it was because of a non alcohol policy we were never informed of. Nor during the online reservation nor during the check-in. We were shouted at and disrespected because we had less that a glass of beer in our hands.When we said that we were unhappy with the service they mocked us. The things they said they offer arent true, dont book here, is basically a scam.

  : So everything was okey and I cannot complain about anything. The bedroom was great really spacious and the bathroom was nice as well. I would say the best part is the location of the hostel, so central it was so easy to move around Verona.
