  : the location was very good. easy to get to everything we wanted to see and plenty of good ristorantes and cafes nearby.
  : No welcome area, miscommunication on how to get in the bldg., once in the room, it had not been prepared for guest arrival e.g. a/c not on, refrigerator unplugged, no explanation as to where things were or operated. Toilet didnt flush properly and shower leaked all over the floor. Ruggiero was accessible by phone but was not on property. Many disappointments on arrival. Warn solo or 2 women travelers that theres no lift or assistance of any kind to get luggage up and down many many stairs. (we were on the 4th floor.). 2nd small room needs a fan as theres no a/ c and was unbearably hot.
