  : 4-room property was great, in a very quiet place with huge olive tree garden and greenery as well as outdoor terrace outside the door. Room was of good size as well as bathroom equipped with all amenities and plenty of closet space. Cleanliness perfect. Free parking a few meters from property as you need a car to be able to move around and go to restaurant. Due to COvid, kitchen not available but continental breakfast offered free of charge a few kilometers away. Patrons very nice. Although only a one-night stay, we really enjoyed it and would definitely return.
  : The opacity of the windows (gives privacy but unless you open the window / entry door you can't enjoy the scenery).

  : The location was great, a peaceful place, with a great view. The owner was very kind and helpful. When she was around she always offered us coffee. We had a small issue with the breakfast but I would still recommend this place. But I will explain the problem with the breakfast in case someone chooses this place only because it has a breakfast included.
  : Because of COVID the kitchen was closed so we got vouchers to have breakfast at a local bar. That was not an issue for us cause we had a car (on foot it would have been like an half hour walk). The problem was that the breakfast included only a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant or some other kind of pastry. We are not used to eat sweet for breakfast so we asked for something salty and the lady was kind enough to replace the sweet with a focaccia or a pizza. That until the last day when the owner was there and he said that the pizza costs extra. The included breakfast had a value of 2 but with a pizza was 2,5. So we paid the extra 50cents. And although he didnt asked we did paid the extra 50cents for each previous day that we had pizza instead of the croissant. Also most days we did buy an extra focaccia or pizza and a coffee on top of the included one because the portions were to small.

  : Super warm and helpful welcome. Nice to have parking. They had me with an espresso on arrival :D Really nice and clean room. Comfy bed and a wonderful shower later I enjoyed doing some work on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the valley. The wifi was decent enough. Excellent coffee.
  : The breakfast was a little too basic for my taste.

  : Very attentive and helpful staff. Wonderful view from the terrace: a perfect spot to enjoy coffee from the useful shared kitchen. A 20-minutes walk to a charming town of Vezzano Ligure.
  : A good 40-minutes walk uphill from the nearest train station: worth taking into consideration for those without a car.

  : This place has a great location. It has a really beautiful view, especially in the early morning. Its located about 15 minutes away (by car) from a train station in La Spezia. This made it very easy for us to hop on a train and visit Cinque Terre. The check in was also really easy. We had a small, quaint room with a private bathroom.
  : The breakfast was okay. Thankful for the options but all of it was prepackaged breads and cereals. Unfortunately there was a decent amount of mold on the wall of our bathroom.
