: The rooms were nice. good breakfast. the staff very helpfull. even though the swimming pool opens at 12 they opened it for me at 10. very good jacuzzis.
: the only thing that botherd me was that the room that was on firs floor was facing the parking lot. in a beautiful place like maramuresh it is such a shame. may be the rooms on the other side have better view

Disappointing

Traveller Type:
: This hotel has a spa that actually is not a spa. Full of kids playing around so there is no quiet space to relax

: - the staff is very kind and helpful. The girl from the reception desk (brunette) was super friendly and helpful, we appreciated how she welcomed and checked us in.- the views are amazing no matter where you have the room because the nature does its job. - the food from the restaurant is tasty and the meals are big for the price they are charging.- is highly recommended for people with kids, not so much for couples without kids.
: - the parking is a NIGHTMARE. First of all there is no available free parking at the property as advertised on the site if people that are accommodated at other locations or even locals come to the restaurant to eat, you as a guest of the hotel have to park outside.- part of the parking is on a HUGE slope so if any inexperienced drivers came in there is a great possibility your car will get hit and the hotel takes no responsibility on the matter, they even state this on their internal regulations so probably these kind of issues are not so rare, and the last thing people want to do in vacations is GO TO THE POLICE just to be sent back to the hotel considering this is a private property and they can not do much- maybe you should care more about the people that choose your hotel and less about the profit. The parking should only be for GUESTS of the hotel.- some mosquitoes nets would be nice, we got bit a lot while there.
