  : Hotel had a weird smell when you walk in, our room door was open when we arrived, kinda odd, the breakfast was okay but the orange juice was disgusting. The staff wasnt unpleasant but definitely wasnt very inviting either. We have stayed at several hotels in Victoria and this is definitely not one we plan to return to. For the price we expected a little more since its more than we normally spend for better hotels.

  : Reception staff on check in hardly communicated, not even basic pleasantries.Having washed my hair in the morning I found that the plug on the hairdryer was broken …. Took it to reception (with hair wet through) to ask for a replacement & they were unable to help. No available hairdryer & handyman not due in until 11am for him to open the cupboard (room check out was 11am!). Checked out at 8:45am & left with wet hair, less than impressed. Could not believe that they didn’t have spares available!

  : The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast options were okay.
  : I had called before the deadline to cancel my reservation to confirm that the hotel had a pool and hot tub and was told there was an outdoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told that they would turn on the hot tub and that it should be ready in 10 minutes. We unloaded our vehicle and went to the pool area where we were met by the young man at the front desk. He proceeded to inform us that the pool and hot tub would not be open because they needed to be cleaned. He reassured us that they would be open the next day, but they were not open the entire time we were there. I could've paid less at the hotel across the highway and had access to an indoor heated pool. Additionally, we called the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket but were told that they didn't have extra pillows. I expect 2 pillows for each guest and there were 3 of us. To top it all off the shower head was loose and was spraying water everywhere. I'm pretty sure I won't stay there again.
