  : Very good location for transport and walking into city centre. The apartment was quiet and spacious. Plenty of hot water. Very nice apartment just a little more care in setting up required. Would still thoroughly recommend
  : A glass drying up cloth and a hand towel in the kitchen needed. It is a long way dripping wet hands to the bathroom. Basic condiments like salt and pepper would have been expected. No bins in bathroom, bedrooms or toilet. Curtains very thin so waking up with sunlight streaming into bedrooms at 05.30. Bit early when on holiday !!! Apart from Wi-Fi password absolutely no information book regarding rubbish or how to work tv. Instructed to fill in enclosed form to get information. Unfortunately no form left in apartment. To be fair could have telephoned the managing agents but found the rubbish bins and did not need television.

  : its location, clean and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
  : there was no tea, coffee,etc and no soap bar nor shampoo nor conditioner. No trash can in the restroom.

  : fantastic location, great host information, Rey spacious and clean apartment
  : need more dishwashing tablets, for 5 nights we only got 2, need few more rolls of toilet paper, too soft pillows

  : Location was good however would have stayed closer to the city center next time. The metro was easy access as well as the trams.
  : Lack of local luggage storage nearby. The biggest issues was the lack of bath supplies such as soap and shampoo. Now most places have wall mount canisters with all those basic needs.

  : Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, cleaning level was below average, no fan or ac, tv is not working, it takes around a day for the host to respond

  : Very comfortable bed, nice apartment with fabulous high ceilings. Awesome peaceful location. No aircon but if you open the windows there was a gentle breeze to cool things down.
  : It would have been nice to know there would be very few amenities and to have a small amount of body soap, salt, laundry detergent, enough toilet paper. It would have been nice to know all local supermarkets are closed on Sundays and the ones that are open do not seek laundry detergent on Sundays. Reusing the same towel for 3 days was not pleasant.

  : Nice spacious appartement close to public transport and the city centre. There is one large and normal bedroom (not small but not very large). It is at the back of the building so its very quiet. The appartement was clean and the beds are very good. There is a supermarket close by
  : One small point is that it would be nice to have some basic things like sugar/salt/teabags etc. in a kitchen. This was lacking but utensils are present.
