  : Everything was ok in general, but small details and attitude were missing.
  : A bit cold in the rooms, despite the heating There were no bins in the bedrooms and bathroom/toilets on the second floor, only one in the kitchen on the lower level. We asked to leave our luggage on arrival 15 min earlier and we were refused.

  : On the roof of the neighbouring building an air-condition unit was on all the day, from 6am to 9pm, it was really loud, it sounded like a delivery truck behind the window with the engine running (except for a few quiet pauses, about hours each), impossible to sleep with windows open - what we would very much like to do since there was no air conditioning (not even a fan) or even have them open on the daytime (without earplugs). There were no curtains in the second bedroom, so the morning sun was warming it very effectively (in spite of the external shades). The living room got quite hot as well, since there were no curtains or shades on the balcony door. On top of that, ALL the smoke detectors were removed, there were only empty sockets on the ceilings. Still, there were no instruction material for the apartement (washing machine, dishwasher, where to take the garbage, recycling etc.) only a leaflet where such a folder was promised, as well as a telephone (couldnt find any). So, there was no instruction manual for the dishwasher, the previous guest or somebody had obviously run a rinse -program, the detergent tablet was still in and some of the plates, knives, the saucepan etc. were covered with a thin layer of grease. There was no towel hook in the lower floor toilet so you would keep the hand towel on the heating unit or somewhere. The general atmosphere was more of a showroom than a place to live in. Somebody may appreciate that, we didnt.
