  : -perfect location for discovering the city. Underground station 5min walk, lots of markets and restaurants in walking distance -nice clean appartment with all you would need for few days stay. Felt really comfortable for us even the room is not too big but for few days stay absolutely suitable (travaled with wife and 2 small kids)
  : -parking slot is in public garage, which unfortunately was closed in day of our arrival. I have been recommended other place which I used, but unfortantely received parking fine during the 20 minutes when recieving the keys to appartment and adress for another parking -parking garage was 10-15 minutes walk away, so not much comfortable when carrying all our bags to the car in the day of departure -if the primarly recommended parking garage is available, it is still approx 10 min walk so keep that in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage

  : The location is good, really close to the Metro station. Neighbourhood is quiet.
  : Unfortunately the main minus was that it was really cold in the facility, no blankets were left aditionally to the given (too tiny) ones which is absolutely not acceptable. It seems that the heating was not turned on on time as well. We felt really cold and therefore we could not feel the comfort of staying in. The lady who welcomed us was not very descriptive and did not spend enough time showing us the appartment and giving information.

  : The location is excellent. The apartment looked pretty much the same as in pictures, although it looks bigger on pis. We had all the necessary kitchen supplies and declared technical equipment.
  : However, the apartment wasn't appropriately cleaned: a massive piece of dust above the couch (where we slept, because it was 3 of us) and fungus on the shower floor. The washing machine is built-in in such a way that we couldn't open the washing gel compartment, so we had to pour it into the drum directly with our clothes in it. One chair in the kitchen was completely broken. Also, I didn't find the information that we had to pay in cash and that there was no cashing machine anywhere near - it was luck that we had the money in cash.

  : Great hospitality from a lady responsible for it, who shared useful information regarding parking and other related questions.
  : Good location, quiet street and still close to the Center. Nice place and everything needed in such a small space. Great apartment.

  : the location was the only thing pleasing. The house had a smell and the beds were very uncomfortable. The pictures are deceiving. We could not get into the property and had to book a hotel somewhere else for the night. They could have at least have an emergency number. So with this experience I am going back to hotels.
  : the flat was small. beds uncomfortable the place had a smell the lady who let us in was not nice had an attitude It was my worst experience ever

  : Location is really ok especially if you are going to the concert in Stadthalle cause you will be only 350 meters of the walking distance from it. Also it is well connected with the city center (some 15 minutes by metro and metro station is around 5 min of walking distance from the apartment. It is visible that some remarks from previous visitors are taken into account so you can find enough toilet paper in the toilet and there is no mold in the shower.
  : This apartment was obviously nice long time ago cause all what is written in the comments of other passengers is correct (leather on the head of bed is very ruined, sofa is ruined, bar chairs are worn out, bed linen is not ironed) so overall impression when you enter into app is not good as you expect. We came during December and the heating was working all the time, but the temperature of the room was never such that we could judge that it is warm enough. Some additional source of heating would be much appreciated. Entrance door of app are such that you will hear all other tenants but it is not so important cause building is not so traffic and it is pretty much quiet neighborhood, If you look for a parking place, this can be tricky cause you have to pay during the working days so if you planned to park your car in the street, this is not an option cause you can leave it for max 2 hours. There is one public garage close to the building so this would be safer option. The cleaning lady that waited us to give us a key was not what you expect when someone is working in the tourism.
