  : Excellent location. 30 minute walk along the canal to town centre or 10 minutes on nearby underground train. Very warm and cosy and quiet. I made a suggestion to the host that a couple of missing kitchen items would be useful and within 15 minutes she appeared at the flat with them.

  : the apartment was very clean and tidy. everything was very good. the location was around 3.5 kilometres from the centre. only two negative points. -the shower head was lose and not comfortable to use-the washing machine works only in German languages and we couldn't operate it. while this is an international business it should be in English language. -the hangers in the reception is located on the top of two chairs and this location is not convenient. all the rest was perfect. thank you very much for the nice stay.

  : The flat is rather spacious and well equipped. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, a capsule coffee machine, some cooking utensils (not much, but enough for basic stuff). The location is favorable as well, you can get to the center of Vienna in around 30-45 minutes on foot (depending on how fast you walk), or much quicker if you use the underground - the station is a 10min walk away.
  : The flat is on the ground floor, which means that you cant really open or look outside any of the windows (if you did, you literally would be able to give someone on the street a handshake or see them face to face, thats why all the windows are covered by thick curtains). Our stay took place during the winter and for some reason no matter what temperature we put on the thermostat, the flat seemed pretty stuffy, which proved quite troublesome combined with the window problem.The biggest complaint however, would be the lack of any assistance offered by the owner of the flat in case of an emergency. We happened to lock the key to the flat inside by mistake. We thought that it wouldnt be much of a problem, since opening the door with a spare key would resolve it. When we called the owner for help, she told us that both she and all of her employees are outside of the country of Austria at the moment and there is nothing she can do to help us - we had to fend for ourselves. Later on she started calling us maniacally, telling us we have to hire a locksmith and open the door without damaging it. At that point she was raising her voice, panicking and including her poor English level, it was hard to understand her. We ended up finding and hiring a locksmith by ourselves, who managed to open the door for us without damaging it. Unfortunately, the flat owner did not reimburse us at all (not even partially), we ended up paying for the locksmith ourselves (150 euro). A few hours after the incident, the owner sent us rules of the apartment (which were not provided before) which were all in German, besides one point stating that in case of a lost key, the residents have to fend for themselves - this one was translated into English, which seems quiet rude.Due to the accident I described above, I would not recommend renting this apartment or any other apartment from this owner.
