: Having been to Vilamoura last year, and stayed in the private villa next door to Villa Jade we knew the area and location which we really loved. The villa was spacious, fairly clean, but in parts looked very tired and in need of some serious upgrading.
: There was no information informing us that the pool was either heated or not heated. This was a very big let down, as you could not use the pool throughout the holiday as it was absolutely freezing. For the amount of money paid this should be without question, heated, and able to be used. We wouldn't have booked this villa had we known this. Security around the villa was very poor. Unable to lock the patio doors, they were secured by two bits of wood on the runners. Also there is no security round the sides of the villa, hence you could walk down both sides from the road and enter the patio doors at the rear of the villa. From the sunbathing area you are unable to see the patio door entrance for the hedge, so couldn't see if anyone was around. Also unable to open the back door, this is a fire hazard should it needed to have been used.

: Poor communication from villa rental company, blocked toilet that they never came to unblock, we got burgled when we were asleep send they didnt send anyone out to check the villa, got charged 62 euros for early check in, didnt contact me with number for key press I had to ring when i arrived in Portugal to get it even though I contacted them on 3 occasions. They are terrible, the villa is ok, nut wouldnt go near this rental company ever again

: The space of the property, number of bathrooms was good, kitchen was well equipped, BBQ was nice to have, the pool table kept us entertained and the pool with sun loungers were great. Overall we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Jade.
: The pool was a bit cold but fine once we got in, no other complaints.

: Perfect for family with kids, pool and bbq place were the favorite choice for my family. Staffs were helpful in giving assistance whenever we were in contact with them.
: The house appliances are little outdated especially in the kitchen. The end of the 2nd floor's bathroom always clogged up, even though the plumber came right away after we called Cristina.
