  : Bathroom was clean and efficient.
  : This is a ghost hotel where there is no one at the reception. To open the door of the hotel, you need to push a button. The door opens and you find yourself in a reception area. On the desk are many keys. My own was waiting for me with a note to go to my room. No one anywhere. Room was freezing, radiator was cold. Took off the bedspread to discover that the blanket under it was not sufficient to cover the bed. Saw a blanket in a closet and used it. Turned on the electric heater: it took hours to warm the room. Went down to the reception to purchase a bottle of water. No one around but paper signs everywhere mentioning the price of beer, water, etc. Looked at the cafeteria and it was such chaos that all that were missing were rats. Dinner? One needed to walk to Avenida II to eat. Upon returning to the ghost hotel, there was a man munching away that asked me to pay. I told him that the price was too high given the accommodation. No answer but Inpaid the price.I slept there and walked 5 kilometers to have breakfast the next morning. Not happy at all.I am asking Booking.com to remove this ghost hotel from its offering.

  : The restaurant next door is very good
  : No A/C. It is a bit like a truck rest stop. Location is in an industrial area. Never met anyone who worked at the place. Everything is self service, pick up your key off the front desk and then have to find your own room. Good luck if you have a question.

  : Cleanliness.
  : It is catered for truck drivers. Its basically a truck stop. If your walking the Camino, you wont get any sleep. We were woken all night, worst was at 3.20am when a group of very loud truck drivers decided to leave!!!!

  : The hotel was clean and the bathroom spotless. The bed wasn't great and the decor is dated.
  : There was nobody at the front desk. There was a number to call and then a person gave you instructions over the phone, including how to stamp one's own pilgrim passport. Absolutely no personal/human touch. The hotel was expensive for what it is.
