  : - Its location is perfect, the property is on the top of a hill and you have perfect views from almost any direction.- The swimming pool is clean and with a nice view, and equipped with sunbeds and small table. There are two sunshields, but maybe not enough for busy days.- The property itself is beautiful, clean, and a perfect place for relaxing.- The towels are of high quality and clean.- The staff, two ladies Roberta and Veronica, were polite, friendly, and helpful.- The location is very close to the parking lots of the Teatro del Silenzio in case you want to attend an event there. It's 10min drive.
  : - The road to the property is too bumpy, hilly and not asphalt. It's around 300m. It's only suited for SUVs. I had small car and had problem driving up and down hill.- The toilet papers are of low quality and not enough for a long stay, I bought papers myself from the supermarket.- The warm water system for the kitchen, shower, etc. is too old and seemingly unmaintained. It needs a full renovation.- The whole bathroom needs renovation.- The room is not equipped with vacuum cleaner.- The kitchenette could be better. It does not have dishwasher, and some useful equipment like a cutting board. And all the pans and pots are too big for the small oven.
