  : Location was the only good thing with this stay, but having been in Villefranche many times (this one the 3rd this year), I'd rather walk longer from the bus than stay here again - until this hotel is updated with regards to: > beds (horrible standard) > cleanliness (now mission impossible as very outdated and scruffy), ouf!!! > missing hooks in the room, we had to hang jackets on door handle... > bathroom, terribly cheap interior and even if recently (?) renovated it was already in a bad state, with broken shelves and shower constructed in a way that made you stand in high water as if it was a tub etc (+stupid small things like the soap container installed just above the toilet roll... no comments)
  : Not coming back until this hotel is updated with regards to: > beds (horrible standard)!!! > cleanliness, but not the fault of the cleaning lady as mission impossible atm (very outdated and scruffy interior, possibly cosmetic renovations made but without an eye for detail or any sense for practical daily use). > missing hooks in the room, we had to use the door handle (wardrobe yes, but zero knobs or hooks anywhere). > bathroom, terribly cheap interior and even if recently (?) renovated it was already in a bad state, with broken shelves + shower head holder, shower constructed in a way that made you stand in high water as if it's a tub (+stupid small things like a soap container installed just above the toilet roll... no comments)

  : Central, great location w/ nice sized rooms. Was able to access an iron here aswell which was super helpful. Cleaning lady also helped with suitcase up the stairs which was lovely!
  : Do not get washing done at the local dry cleaner, also a small fridge for all guests which the receptionist often made unnecessary comments about there being too much/ felt like a hassle having things in there (to be fair I did have a fair few things in there)
