  : Liked: the location. Close to buses & trams. There were lots of little cafes & grocery stores nearby. If you didnt mind walking, you could also walk to the city instead of public transport. I walked to the botanical gardens on the last day & it took 30 minutes
  : Dislike: if you dont like cigarette smoke DO NOT STAY HERE!! Although the entire floor was non-smoking, that didnt stop people, & given the fire door was propped open with a sock one day, I can only assume the alarm wasnt on despite the sign on the fire door stating an alarm would be triggered when open. At first I thought it was mainly guests, but turns out the cleaners enjoyed a cigarette in the fire door stairwell. The rooms are tiny & the bathroom/toilet are typical of what youd find in a camper van.

  : We stayed here after an airbnb cancel for the rugby world cup. We are glad we stayed. It was a comfortable room. Good that shower and toilet were separate. The breakfast/ kitchen facilities were great. Loved the location as we could walk to parks, patisserie and laundromat. Staff were always accommodating.The breakfast space was great to relax out of the room.
