  : Central location to get to many amazing spots on the golden circle. Quiet location with a nice offer to take a goat tour, though we weren't able to do it because of our schedule. Great views!
  : We stayed in the 3BR apartment and none of the 4 of us cared for the bedding. I understand a top sheet is not typical of Icelandic culture, but a washable duvet comforter cover seems like a must. Otherwise you are sleeping directly under a scratchy, pilled up comforter that (I assume) is washed after every stay (I hope). The pillows didn't seem to have an easily removable cover either. The third bedroom entrance was 2 feet from the couch and separated by a curtain that stopped 18" from the floor, so the 3rd bedroom person will wake up with the first person that wakes up and stay up with the last person to go to bed.

  : Clean. Very friendly host. Good shower. Host offers visitors to a goat tour on the farm! Drivable distance from many attractions. Cozy place! Well equipped private kitchenette.
  : Access is by long gravel road; Not a big issue.

  : Right in the countryside of Iceland. Far enough away from rekjavick but very well situated for all of the sights in the south.Lovely self contained studio. Comfortable, well furnished, all you needed for a stay.Goats were fun to watch
  : Small detail but neither of us got on with the pillows. Maybe they are traditional Icelandic bolsters but they were a bit hard and lumpy. Maybe because everything else was so nice this was the only thing both of us commented on.

They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, from showing us around their beautiful farm to introducing us to their friendly goats and barn cata delightful experience for animal lovers. For those looking for a genuine Icelandic experience and the opportunity to connect with local culture and nature, this is a perfect choice. We're grateful for the hospitality and the unique memories we've taken with us.
  : Our stay was deeply enjoyable, though we noted some areas for improvement that could enhance the experience for future guests. Specifically, the cleanliness of the bathroom shower floor and the dishwashing sponges, as well as certain pieces of furniture that were showing signs of wear and tear, could benefit from attention. We understand and appreciate the charm of an older property, and addressing these details could make the accommodations even more welcoming.
