  : The house has a musty odor caused by black mold. I even documented some of the mold by taking a picture of it. It permeates the house and is a sickening smell that needs to be addressed. The odor wasmost pungent in the basement. It would waft upAnd permeate the main area, which was disgusting. The kitchen is so far from “newly renovated”. The space is cramped and small with outdated appliances. The dishes were sticky and not well cleaned. Pots and pans and glasses had food bits And:or a slimy feel. Despite saying there was a drip coffee maker AND seeing a picture of one on the website, there was only a malfunctioning knock-off, kuerig- style Mr. Coffee machine. There were ant traps placed around the base of the cabinets and the lazy Susan was filthy with dirt, dust and more any traps around it’s interior. The dishwasher is inconveniently locates in the peninsula rather than next to the sink. The poor design and swish washer placement requires that dishes be Rinsed Off and then Carried over to the dishwasher rather than loading up directly from the sink. Painting Kitchen cabinets white does not qualify as freshly renovated.The bedding is very old. The mattress in the master bedroom was quite thin, old and it’s springs could be felt and heard. The poor quality contributes to 3 achey mornings from bad sleep. There are only two air conditioning units in the entire house. The units are old and not powerful enough to circulate and distribute cool, comfortable air to all the rooms. As a result we blocked off certain areas and placed fans throughout the house in an (unsuccessful) effort to make our stay more comfortable.
