  : Very cute building exterior.
  : For $350.00 USD for one night, I was extremely disappointed. Our room was not fully cleaned when we checked in, as we were greeted to sun chips stuck in between the bed and the night stand. The bathroom was equally un-prioritized, as the shower floor was stained. My partner and I had to travel to Walmart to get flip flops to wear in the shower. In the morning, we called front desk for a tooth brush as we forgot it in our travels, and front desk was unresponsive via phone (this is where we found chip crumbs in the physical phone). We finally tracked down housekeeping who reminded us that they do not offer tooth brushes. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; couples, families and children alike. I’m sure you can find much nicer accommodations for a more reasonable price. Only plus was the $25 pet fee; however the hotel has no process of regulation as they asked me no questions about my pet.

  : PJ the front end manager was nice & understanding when I had to deal with a unruly waitress. The front desk folks are kind. We like the cookies!
  : Pool area is extremely hot like a sauna in there, the pool temp is too high not refreshing at all. Our room had a broken lamp, standing water in the shower we also did not get offered housekeeping services our first night. My guest was allowed to bill a meal to my room without my knowledge or consent. Shower tile was falling off the wall. The restaurant has horrible service & rude staff. We spent a lot to be there for three days and I was not impressed. We stayed at the delta four days before coming to the doubletree, the room was cheaper and we had a excellent stay!
