  : Friendly and helpful front desk. She was very professional and tried to accommodate any concerns I had with the hotel.
  : Trash in the hall for 2 days near the elevator. Sheets and pollar case on bed weren't clean. Top comfort was dirty. Toilet in the bathroom wouldn't flush when I was checking out. There is no hand soap in the bathroom. The toilet needs to be updated to high toilet. Next room shower very loud when being used.

  : We did not eat the breakfast the hotel did not tell us there was a complimentary breakfast …
  : I didn’t like the fact we didn’t feel secured . The door for entry with the building were not secured . I guess some of the guest have stuff things in the lock so the doors would be easy to get back in and out. Also most of the ice machines were broken they didn’t have a sign for broken ice machines except for one floor. The towels that were placed hanging up in the bathroom were dirty. The balcony door to the room wouldn’t stay shut so it kept swinging open in the middle of the night . The front door to the room had to be slammed in order for the door to shut. The bathroom tub was not cleaned so we had to go get cleaning supplies to clean it . We left out for a boat ride came back my medication was missing. When I said something to the manager he stated he tested assure none of his employees was like that and am I sure it wasn’t another guest staying in hotel that went into your room . Manager very unprofessional..

  : The only good thing was the coffee and water machine in the lobby .
  : Cleanliness, service.The price of this hotel was ridiculous, when compared to other hotels , this is more of a motel. Rooms small, had a safe but was broken,tub didn’t drain well, had to take our own trash out and go ask for towels. Staff was friendly, but place needs updated and cleaned.

  : the door to floor 4 elevator wouldn’t open so had to walk up the stairs to floor 5 go in elevator to floor 4 door to open it to bring my stuff in hotel
