  : Location!! We like the quiet Northern end of the beachThe lady at the front desk, sadly I failed to get her name, was fantastic. We never saw her again after Saturday morning.
  : This is our third time staying here. Housekeeping failed us. After checking in and going to our room, the door was wide open, and the tv blaring. We hung around to see if housekeeping maybe was not finished, but after a few minutes, we just double locked the door and unpacked. We started our stay with only 3 towels, which meant a trip to the front to get one more. We stayed out of the room until 4 pm on our "other day" for just the basics, and it never happened. My daughter went and asked for a broom and dust pan to sweep the sand out of our entryway. The younger lady at the front desk responded with she didn't know what was going on with the 4th floor because everyone was asking for the same things. Our fourth day, we were watching TV and the power to the side our our room went out. After calling the front desk, maintenance knocked on our door asking what happened. Apparently, the room below us popped their breaker, also causing ours to pop. The light in our entryway flickered, the outlet between the beds, only one would charge our phones. Maybe it was the floor or the room but it just wasn't what we experienced our first two stays.

  : The pool was closed and wasn't informed of other options that you could have gone swimming at a different hotel
